About Me

The Origin Story

25+ years of global transformation

I have the corporate credentials to know exactly what high performance without design costs. Over the past three decades, I have operated at the forefront of digital change, leading eight global transformations that impacted over 100,000 people across 10 countries.

From creating Australia’s first digital banking products to founding corporate accelerators at ANZ and Allens Linklaters, I understand the immense pressure placed on C-suite leaders. I am a multi-award-winning leader and innovator, supported by exceptional academic credentials.

Today, as a Board Member, Advisor to the Australian Sports Commission, and volunteer for MITs Indigenous education, I combine my governance expertise with my passion for health and education to drive sustainable, meaningful impact. I have the numbers and the life to prove that a different way of working is possible.

The 6:3:3 System

Architecture for Expansive Performance

The 6:3:3 Life is not a fantasy; it's a meticulously designed architecture. I have been living and proving this model for five years, generating more income in six months of deliberate, focused work than most people achieve across twelve months of pure endurance.

For Corporate Escapees and Executives

I provide the roadmap for you to stop optimising a life you never chose. Using the 7-Stage Framework, I help you transition into a dynamic portfolio career that perfectly balances executive-level impact with deep, restorative freedom.

For Organisations and Leadership Teams

I give your people the structure to move from “always-on” to “intentionally on.” Through keynotes, workshops, and my book Win the Night to Win the Day, I teach leaders that sleep is not a wellness topic—it is a critical leadership skill and the foundation of every high-performing team and embed better ways of working for personal best days and nights.

The Art of the Possible

A Vibrant, Intentional Life

An intentional life must include space for creativity. I embrace an unapologetically vibrant approach to living that integrates my love for writing, travelling, painting and umpiring rowing.

This creative expansion is only possible because of the strict structural guardrails I have in place. When you build the right foundation, you create the ultimate freedom to explore the art of the possible.

My insights on deliberate work design, leadership, and the 6:3:3 methodology have been featured across major business publications, thought leadership articles, and top-tier podcasts.
